We offer custom-made shoes designed to your specifications. Each pair is unique, featuring personalized artwork and design elements. You can see the selection of base products in the shop.

Customization takes 2 to 4 weeks. After customization, processing for shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an estimated delivery time once your order is ready to ship.

You can cancel your order only before the customization (painting) begins. Once the customization process starts, cancellations are not allowed.

We will send you a sketch of the design you described for your review and approval before beginning the customization. Please review the sketch carefully and approve it promptly to avoid delays.

Our shipping fee is included in the price of the product.

No, we currently only ship within the US.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. During the customization period don't hesitate to reach out to us through our email info@drippykix.com. You can also message us through Instagram or Facebook.

Contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect items. If the issue is due to our error, we will cover return shipping and may offer a replacement or refund.

Returns are accepted only for shoes that are damaged or incorrect due to our error. We do not accept returns for unworn shoes that are not defective or incorrect.

Exchanges are not allowed due to the custom nature of our products. If there’s a mistake on our part, we may offer a replacement instead.
