3.2 Design Sketch
Before we begin the painting or customization process, we will provide you with a detailed sketch of your design. This sketch will be sent to you for review. You must approve the design sketch before we proceed with the customization. Please ensure that you review the sketch carefully and provide any feedback or approval promptly to avoid delays.
3.3 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review this information carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
4.1 Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the customization and painting process has not yet begun.
4.2 Post-Cancellation Period
Once the customization or painting process has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted. This is because your shoes are made-to-order and the customization work is tailored specifically to your preferences.
4.3 Requesting a Cancellation

5.1 Custom Nature
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part in fulfilling your order.
