DrippyKix specializes in creating custom, made-to-order shoes. Each pair of shoes is crafted based on your specific customization preferences. Once an order is placed, production will begin based on the details you provide.
3.1 Customization
You will have the opportunity to specify your design preferences and customization details at the time of placing your order. Once submitted, these details will be used to create your custom shoes.
3.2 Design Sketch
Before we begin the painting or customization process, we will provide you with a detailed sketch of your design. This sketch will be sent to you for review. You must approve the design sketch before we proceed with the customization. Please ensure that you review the sketch carefully and provide any feedback or approval promptly to avoid delays.
3.3 Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please review this information carefully and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
4.1 Cancellation Period
You may cancel your order without penalty within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the customization and painting process has not yet begun.
4.2 Post-Cancellation Period
Once the customization or painting process has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted. This is because your shoes are made-to-order and the customization work is tailored specifically to your preferences.
4.3 Requesting a Cancellation
To request a cancellation within the allowed period, please contact our customer service team immediately at [customer service email/phone number]. We will confirm whether the customization process has started and process your cancellation accordingly.
5.1 Custom Nature
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part in fulfilling your order.
5.2 Unworn Shoes
If your custom shoes are defective or there was an error on our part, you may return them for a replacement or repair. Returns will only be accepted if the shoes are unworn and in their original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shoes to initiate a return.
5.3 Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shoes. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair.

DrippyKix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the custom shoes in question.
